Instructions for Submitting a Residential Rehabilitation Grant Application

  • Use the button below to be taken to the secure Participant Portal.
• Register or Sign In
  • Create a Neighborly Software account or log in using your existing credentials. You’ll need to verify your email and create a password.
• Start a New Application
  • Once logged in, select the Residential Rehabilitation Grant from the list of available programs. Complete each section of the application and upload all required documentation.
• Submit and Track Your Application
  • After completing all steps, submit your application and check your case status anytime from your Participant Dashboard.
