Instructions for Submitting a BEAP Grant Application
Review Guidelines
Read the program guidelines and download the necessary forms from the BEAP grant page.
Prepare Documents
Complete all required forms: Grant Application, Scope of Work, and Property Owner Affidavit.
Submit Application
Upload your completed application and documents via the “Submit Application” button on the BEAP grant page.
My status says “Submitted” or “Under Review.” How long will it take?
The CRA is working to review all applications received, and we appreciate your patience.
All updates are made in the portal as files are reviewed, so your status will change there as your application moves through review. There is nothing you need to do in the meantime.
Who sends the emails about my application?
Updates are sent by Neighborly Software, not by West Perrine CRA. If you are only watching for an email from the CRA, you may miss it.
I never received an email. What should I do?
Check your junk or spam folder first. Neighborly emails often land there.
Search your inbox for the word Neighborly and add the sender to your safe list so future updates reach you.
I forgot my password.
Use the Forgot your password? link on the portal login page to reset it.
Please do not create a second account. A new account will not show the application you already submitted.
Grants are limited to properties located inside the West Perrine CRA area. A West Perrine mailing address is not the same thing as being inside the boundary.
