The 2026 application window ran April 15 through July 15. Every application submitted by July 15 is now in review.

You do not need to call, and you do not need to apply again.

All grant applications are managed online in the Neighborly Software portal. Your status updates there before anyone picks up a phone.

Log in with the same email address you used to apply, then open your application to see where it stands.

Check your status

The CRA is working to review all applications received, and we appreciate your patience.

All updates are made in the portal as files are reviewed, so your status will change there as your application moves through review. There is nothing you need to do in the meantime.

Updates are sent by Neighborly Software, not by West Perrine CRA. If you are only watching for an email from the CRA, you may miss it.

Check your junk or spam folder first. Neighborly emails often land there.

Search your inbox for the word Neighborly and add the sender to your safe list so future updates reach you.

Use the Forgot your password? link on the portal login page to reset it.

Please do not create a second account. A new account will not show the application you already submitted.

Grants are limited to properties located inside the West Perrine CRA area. A West Perrine mailing address is not the same thing as being inside the boundary.

• Residential Rehabilitation: up to $25,000 for owner-occupied homes, up to $35,000 for tenant-occupied properties
• Commercial Rehabilitation: up to $150,000 for interior and exterior improvements to businesses and commercial property
