On April 3, 2025, Chairman Leviticus Gilliard Sr. delivered the keynote address at the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce First Thursday Membership Breakfast. Joined by CRA Executive Director Krystal Patterson, Chairman Gilliard shared exciting updates about West Perrine’s redevelopment momentum and the growing investment opportunities in our community.
