The West Perrine CRA is making great strides in our efforts to revitalize and enhance our community.

Here’s a quick look at the latest updates:

• Hibiscus Grove: The CRA has officially closed on the site. Demolition has begun with groundbreaking planned for summer 2025. This project will deliver new affordable housing units for West Perrine families. A groundbreaking ceremony is tentatively scheduled for June 16 or June 24.

• Homestead Avenue: Demolition of the buildings located at 17640 and 17690 Homestead Avenue has begun as part of our revitalization initiatives.
